Meeting Minutes
November 14th, 2011
At the Town Highway Garage
Present: Doug Hall (Chairman), Tom Jameson, Terry McCormack, Dave Dobson,
Jim Plunkett (Road Agent), Stan Brehm, John Amsden, Richard DeBold(Selectman)
Absent: Allen Mayville

Chairman Hall opened the meeting at 6:32 PM.
Motion to accept the November 2nd meeting minutes as written by Richard Debold,
seconded by Dave Dobson. Motion carried.
An extensive review of the 2011 Report of the Road Advisory Committee was undertaken.
Many items were discussed and many changes made.
It was decided that the “inventory of Chichester Road Segments from RSMS” pages would
include only the following columns: Road Name, Seg., From, To, Surface and Length.
It is expected that the report will be finalized at the next scheduled meeting on Monday, November 28th. At that time a public meeting will be scheduled.
Motion to adjourn by Tom Jameson, seconded by John Amsden.
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:10 P.M.
